Used or opened beauty and personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with proof.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
